I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the efforts of your staff and the improvements that your software system has made within our facility.

One of my primary concerns as the Distribution Center Manager, at Modern, is our level of customer service. Your level of customer service in implementing your software system and the training of my staff has been excellent, and I consider myself extremely hard to please.
It has only been one week since the implementation of your software system, but I have witnessed dramatic increases in productivity and accountability. Directed put-away, forecasted replenishment and order-based replenishment have been three of the most substantial improvements. Directed put-away allows complete accountability of all inventory and its location, while forecasted and order-based replenishment provide my employees with specific objectives during their daily activities.

The "modern distribution center" runs on information and so does Modern's distribution center. I have found your system very effective in capturing data, turning it into information and communicating that information with all areas of our operation. I feel that this will allow every area of our organization to improve.

In my opinion it is critically important to have accurate control of inventory in order to keep our business running smoothly and efficiently. Personally, I have no doubts that our overall inventory accountability and efficiency will improve dramatically over the next few months. I feel that we will achieve this almost effortlessly with your user-friendly software package providing complete product accountability, audit trails, and employee accountability throughout the receiving, stocking and order selection processes.

Although I have placed incredible emphasis on directed put-away and replenishment, I am equally excited about the Labor Standards Module, and the improvements it will provide in order cycle time reduction, order accuracy, labor productivity, and real-time information about performance in all areas of the distribution center.

I have communicated the above benefits with the President of the company, and I will maintain communication with you on all progress in every aspect of integrating your software package into our company.
